Most likely the reason of color change is one is top down and the other is through glass, probably not starphire glass.
So unless you reset white balance in camera to compensate
for the ton of extra green colors will not be true.

I don't hate anybody.....that is just being ridiculous. I do wish people would make a conscious effort to only post pictures that are as true to life as you can get. If no one cares if they are true to life colors than why don't we all jack the crap out of pictures and than we can all drool at the imaginary colors.

I'm not trying to be mean.....and I don't think wanting people to post pictures with colors that are true to life is too much to ask.

I did mention earlier this 1st pic wasnt mine....i was just excited about this new pick and i posted the vendors pic and didnt expect the reaction...not that i am trying to make a headline here that i got a hottest acro of all time...as i said i just wanted to show my new pick..this is it...
now i do understand that we should all post our own pics.....my camera skills r not too great or else i wouldve.....

No reason to start name calling. If people cannot give an experienced opinion than we should all just live in a world made of marshmallows. I think it is a good thing that you posted the two pictures. Hopefully this will bring more awareness to how often the pictures you see from vendors and hobbyist are cropped. Yes, the white balance, glass clarity, camera quality, lighting, and other factors will make a difference. Plus, I would bet that the acro looked a little bit more colorful when it first came in. Even with all of those possibilities, it is pretty obvious that the photo was cropped by the vendor and trust me, it happens all the time. I'm defiantly not trying to degrade the acro and I think you have a nice find. It would be nice if the LFS in my area would carry a decent acro selection.

In all fairness you only mentioned it wasn't your picture after I said I thought the picture looked jacked and I'm not trying to attack you personally. Either way though I'm not getting all crazy over the issue I just feel that often we see people post pictures that are not even close to to being an accurate representation of the color.

It doesn't surprise me that it was a vendor picture either.
