This is my "new to me" 135g LeeMar tank. I purchased it as established but with only a few Damsels, a CB shrimp and some live rock & sand. No lighting, no skimmer, but a nice sump and fully established BB. I kept only one Damsel (yt), the shrimp, and added a Y Tang, WTBT Tang, 2 O clowns, a B Cardinal, a couple G Chromis and a little Valentini Puffer (not all at once). Things are going great and calm rules the tank. Some Zoas?Palys? like 25 of them....that even the previous owner did not even know were there have opened up and are doing great (with no lighting I can understand him not knowing). I thought initially they were just some skeletons of a coral from the past but after 10 days or so of lighting etc...they started opening much to my surprise. I have no idea what they are, but they are a beige type color with thin (tentacles??) that glow very nice lime green under the blue lights.
I have added an Octo skimmer and GFO reactor, LED lighting, UV light, a Gyre 150 wave maker in addition to the 2 Jebao's that came with it. Letting everything fully stabilize for a few months and really want to add a male & female Bellus Angel and that will probably be it until I start slowly adding in some corals...I know the baby puffer has the possibility to snack on corals but in the month I've had him he hasn't even looked at the zoas so....we shall see. Here is a picture I took a couple weeks ago and as things progress I will update. Thanks for looking! AND any and all recommendations or comments are welcomed!
