This is my latest addition to my nano!

Good pickup. I have one that just refuses to grow. I'm having great luck with ever other coral in my tank, I just can't get that one to grow at all!

I definitely seem to be in the minority though.

Yeah it sure will grow huge in no time! Here's what mine looks like after only 2yrs..from just 1 head!

Beautiful! Can you tell me about placement, lighting, flow, etc??

Low to medium flow, same with lighting. I'm running T5's 4x24w on my 26g. Likes a more nutrient rich water. I also target feed every now an then.

How about oyster feast? That's what I feed my acans.

Feed it and it will grow! The more you do the faster it will grow :) Rods Complete, Reef Frenzy and Coral Extacy are the big 3 for my LPS.

just ordered me some reef frenzy but i normally spot feed mysis or something similar. they dont eat much cause they stay closed up mostly. is there something you do to make them open up or a particular time of day?

Well like with most LPS they put sweepers out at night to feed. This is when I feed the heaviest. But you can also train them to eat during the day. Just continue spreading food on top of the closed polyp. They'll soon get the idea :) Now mine are open all the time :)

So are these closed? I can't tell because I've never had one before.
