Hey everyone!

Been here for a few months reading up as much as possible and joined shortly after. I originally posted in the Meet & Greet forum, but figured I'd start a thread since things are going well and I absolutely enjoy this forum. It has helped me a great deal in getting back into the hobby. So here goes...

I moved to Vancouver, WA in July from Plattsburgh, NY for work. The wonderful Craft beer industry. Shortly after I picked up the Nuvo Fusion 20.

Original build(Octoberish)
Nuvo Fusion 20 gal
Kessil A160we
Mover 900
Tunze Nanostream 6040

Current build
Nuvo fusion 20 gal(return pump upgrade to MJ1200)
ATI Dimmable Sunpower 6x24w(4 blue pluls, 1 coral plus, 1 purple plus)
MP10W
Two media baskets. Running Matrix x 2, Purigen, Chemipure blue, and Phosguards
Desktop ghost skimmer
1 small fuge with Chaeto with a submersible pond light
ATO - is tunze I believe

I have a small yellow tang, two mocha clownfish, a cleaner shrimp and two peppermint shrimp. Handful of crabs and a couple margarita snails.

Mag - 1480
Calcium - 525
pH - 8.1
Phos - 0
No3 - smallest amount
Alk - 8.3

Maintained mostly through weekly water changes of 2 - 3 gallons. I do add Strontium and Coral Amino 2 - 3 times a week. I'll try to post the pics in progression. I've had the ATI fixture for two days and the color differences compared to the Kessil are unbelievable already.

Thank you for following along!

Looks like you are going for mostly SPS. I love a nice SPS-dominant nano tank. Nice polyp-extension on your acros. They look happy. Will be following your progress. I myself have a 20g long that I am trying to do mostly sps too.

Quick update... not much has changed. I've switched to doing a 2gal water change every three days or so. I think it's definitely keeping the water quality consistent as I was starting to see some cyano that has now gone away. Just picked up a bottle of acro power and some rotifers that i'll be trying out. Still adding strontium about 5ml every other day. Just brought a nice ball of chaeto to the LFS as well.
