the mysterious black spot disease... i'm sure some reefers can chime in and help. i believe it can be caused by trying to host corals where the sting is more than the clownfish can handle.Doh! they are both all spotty now.

good deal on the shimmy'ing. :wink:I've not seen them trying to host anything, they sleep by the shrooms but not in them. I thought it was just the picasso filling in his black but I have no clue why the onyx is getting spotty.
The male also got tired of being chased this week and has learned how to shimmer. There is no more agression at all![]()

I think as long as the clown is not affected, esp with eating.. should be alright. might just be aging. but nonetheless, keep us posted on the progress.try googling "clownfish black spot disease" and see if it applies.
