My optimism says feather duster?

I know this is a common question, but I still can’t tell if this is aiptasia or not, because I’m a noob who’s never dealt with either. I think it’s a feather duster, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not confident enough to identify casing, but it’s very quick to retract when I get close.

Feather duster. You can see the color pattern in the fan when you zoom in on your picture. You got lucky man. That’s one of the larger varieties. It’ll grow out if it survives and be an awesome addition to your tank.
