My Orange Envy Will Not Open

I got a frag from Oceaninabox and it will not open up any idea on what to do so it will open up. All other corals and zoas are doing great just this one frag. it open up on the first day and now it has been close for like a week now.

Others may already know, but can you give some ideas about your tank set up and where you put the frag in the tank. Also, how did you acclimate it to your system?

I just sent someone a frag myself and it went overnight and he is having the same problem.

I fragged another piece off my colony to have it ready just in case and it is now showing the same symptoms.....maybe they are just super fragile?

I just got mine today from Oceaninabox and they were open in the bag.I hope mine stay open but all look good so far.Ktar my melting pot chalice is growing and starting to get some color.If yours doesn't make it and you can't get a replacement I will give my first frag.Also I got the wrath of god and its just WOW!

try enticing it with more flow... any chance it got shocked by your lighting?
