Most of the equipment is left over from taking down the previous 400 G system years ago. The DC pumps can be dialed down to fit the smaller system. I also decide to try something different for the sump design. I adopt the idea of wet/dry filter, use the filter pad sandwich to replace the filter socks, and add the biofilter balls to grow the bacteria. I will start with 2 gallon of biofilter balls and will report back if it needs more or not?
