I finally bit the bullet and bought a PAR meter. Looks like my PAR is low. I have 3 Radion G4 Pro fixtures over a 60"X26"X24". The lights are oriented front to back. The tank is 1 year old. I wish I had documented the settings in my log. A few months ago I reduced the power from 36% down to 24% so i could add some frags. They had been under a kessil 360 at 40% in my QT. Well they started bleaching so I moved them back to QT and they recovered. I just thought it was something about the chemistry in the display. i have had trouble with nitrates but they are slowly coming back down by increased water changes, less feeding and vodka dosing. (20 ppm and falling).
So i was always afraid to turn up the radions because they are so powerful. Whn I finally checked with a PAR meter the readings are ranging from 80 to 150. Those readings were taken near corals in the tank.
Things that have been growing well include birdsnest and chalice. Things that grow slowly but are living include 1 acro and 2 montis (100 par). My superman monti was near an anenome and I think it was being stung. placed it in the sump under a SKYE IM light and it is recovering, along with 2 acro frags that were doing poorly.
Looks like I need to ramp up my lighting but i don't know how slowly i should do this. These are the wavelengths

Does anybody know lighting that can give me some good advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, Red Sea posted 4 videos on You Tube about lighting. Very informative. Their research shows corals use the 380-460nm spectrum the most.

Actually put the settings up 5% every 3 weeks. Slow acclimation to new intensity.
