Hi my name is Jed and I was looking at my percula Clownfish and saw this, do you know what this is if so please get back to me as soon as possible

Welcome to R2R! I think your clownfish probably just has a small injury (most likely), but it also be a disease called Brookynella. If your fish is wild-caught, I would definitely consider posting in either the clownfish or fish disease platform on R2R. I hope he does OK!
