Not sure how old tank is.
temp can go up to 78, mag is a little high, drop salinity to 1.025 , phos reading crazy. Do water change and remove anemone before it start to decay and release toxins

Ahh billion- huge difference

If the nem is not inside out leave it alone.

They do all kinds of weird things.

Do you have an anemone crab? Best way to tell if a nem is dead. The crab will abandon it.

Nem requires very stable water conditions usually associated with DT greater than 12 months,

MG is way too high, 1260-1360 ppm is sufficient.
At 1700 snails should start to die.

bring parameters in line with NSW with 20% water changes every second day over 10 days, then keep all
Parameters in check,

discard only when it starts falling apart.

Are you using coral pro or reef salt? As opposed to normal salt?
I’ve found using that and NOT having any hard sps or lps corals sky rockets the alk and mag. Agree with everyone else on the mag and S.G.
also, nems are weird. It may not be too far gone but if your tank has lots of flow it may be struggling to attach. Look into breeder box with some rubble
