Its not attacking hes gills is like hanging from his skin like if you would rub against lint and it increases as he gets more active, at night it goes away

One way to tell whether or not it's ich: Do the white spots appear to be on top of the skin (protruding outward) or under the skin (embedded below the epithelium)?

Based on your pics, I'm guessing protruding outward... which means it's something other than ich.

That is Marine Ich, no question about it. A severe case I might add also.
You need to get him into Hypo ASAP, or copper treatment, a FW dip would also you him well.
But, if he's eating, and its doesn't appear to be bothering him, I'd leave him be for the moment, they have the capabilities of beating it on their own, as long as he continues to eat.

Yes its not under the skin and yes he eats like crazy twise a day he eats his nori and always swiming he doesn't even scratcbes against the rocks I spend time looking at him and he acts normal as a matter a fact the guy has an attitude

If he's acting normally I'd leave him be, he can beat it himself as long as he's healthy and well fed.

Just like the tang what is that?

Some sort of "unknown" disease or condition making it's way around. I've been seeing it more & more on the global forums, as well as on my local forum. In some cases, it seems there is a correlation to copper exposure. Some sort of delayed reaction perhaps. Others have suggested it could be a worm. However, from what I've seen no in-tank treatments or dips seem to have any impact on the condition. It either improves on it's own or the fish dies.[

I did the new one that came out in magna I cant remember now is suppose to be the best without using copper and it was l I ke nothing expensive too like I say at night with the moons it goes away no change in him as a matter of fact it gives him a bad temper.
