t5 so far is my favorite lighting. However I love the pop, and glow that deep blue leds give zoanthids. I plan to do a 24×24×8 frag tank. I want to light it with t5s, but I will have no pop. If I add reefbrites they are 150 a piece. So thats 500$ to light a small frag tank. Do you think if I used a 4 bulb t5 with 2 ati true actinic and 2 blue plus I could get the same pop. That would be 180$. It sucks because I could just go full led. However t5s the simplicity. I just love it. The choice is killing me.

Slow and steady wins the race!
Your not going to get the same "pop" with t5's as you would with blue LED's but the Blue+ & actinic will give you the most out of any t5 bulbs.
