My Purple LR is trurning white HELP

I am a newbie. Just started my first FOWLR so bear with me please

Live sand, Salt Water, & LR have been in since Sunday.

My water is a bit cloudy still but I expected that.

However, my purple LR is now white. Is that sand or is something happening that should be concerned about.

Sounds like your Coraline algae is dying. What are your tank parameters?

How was the rock shipped or transported was it dry at all or cold....that would indeed kill.of some corraline but with the right parameters it will grow back.

Ditto....some test results for NO3 and PO4 as well as Ca and alkalinity....
