My Rainbow tip and anemone what going on

I was gone for almost a week just came home see it was doing this. This is my first one and I am new to the saltwater world. I never seen the middle that big.

I see nothing wrong, seems happy to me.

Looks fine to me! For reference, here's mine. Arms a a wee bit long on this picture, but you can see the middle bit too. They feed through the middle. Have you recently fed the aquarium?

I was on vacation for a week. I came home today. I see the middle of my anemone is bigger with white spots. Normally it is not that big.

That's totally normal/fine. Mine can vary to being a fraction of its size and all scrunched up, to looking like your pic, and even to looking more flowy like @CasperOe 's pics. It looks healthy and happy to me!
