In a nutshell, I purchased two shark-nose gobies (elactinus evelynae) and two multibar angelfish (paracentropyge multifasciatus). I asked them to ship my order on a specific date and they did. I asked for them to ship on Thursday to be received on Friday. They met this request gladly.

When my order arrived, everything was packaged very well. One angelfish and the two gobies were in excellent condition. Unfortunately one multibar angelfish had succumbed over transit. I was bummed but it was not a huge surprise. Sometimes fish simply don't make it. So I contacted Donna at UC. She was very nice and said that they would ship me another one the next week. I was thrilled. I asked if she could ship it the following Thursday for Friday. She said that would not be a problem.

I received my multibar replacement angelfish two days ago. It was in tip-top shape and is an absolutely stunning fish. They did not charge me a reshipping fee which surprised me. Ordering from UC was one of the best experiences I have had in terms of customer support, communication and quality.

Here is a photo of my multibar angels in QT. Yes this is a QT specifically for finicky eaters and yes it does have corals in it. :)

I've ordered from UC before, never had a problem with them .. everything arrived alive and super healthy.

Awesome fish and sounds like good service from UC.

I'm curious about your QT technique. I see that you have multiple other fish in there too. I assume this is an observation only QT? What do you do if you need to medicate? Do you take all fish out to another tank and medicate. This just seems DT to me because you can't medicate it? I'm jUst curious how this works?
