So I just received an order from Exotic Frags, and I have to say that I am very impressed with the service and the coral. Jeremy (Who Dah?) spent a lot of time answering questions that I had about Zoas and Palys, as well as his tanks, and his live stock. So I am essentially rebuilding my tank from a recent wipe due to loss of power for over a week (Sandy was a real B), and I have affinity for Zoas and Palys, so I bought a whole bunch, including Hybrid G Hornets, God of War, a couple of unnamed Carribean Morphs, X-Men, Tyree Orange Rainbow, Blue Agaves, King Midas, Bleeding Hearts, Two Face, Rastas, Blonde Blue Eyed B's, and I can't remember if I am forgetting any. Additionally I got some new chalice like Berry Garcia, Melting Pot, Jersey Diesel, Iron Man, and Orange Immolation. Jeremy gave me a great package price, delivery packing was great, its clear a lot of care went into the packing of the items. Frag plugs were installed into a foam piece and floated in the water, which I have noticed not everyone likes to do but I think is an awesome practice.
Now to the quality of the livestock. Simply amazing some of the nicest looking Zoas and Paly's I have ever seen, even in the same species that I had previously owned and purchased, for example I've owned God of War before but these have a much richer color and the faces are even brighter. I have 2 species of X-men in the tank now and the ones from Jeremy are much better looking, they look way better in the tank than the pic Jeremy uses on his webpage. I have seen Captain Americas and previously owned some, and I'll say Jeremy's are the nicest I have seen. All the Zoa's and Palys have been in my tank now for about a week and appear to be acclimating to my tank just fine. As for the chalice I definitely love the Iron Man and Orange Immolation, Berry Garcia looks great, and Melting Pot also looks good. I am still trying to find the spot in the tank that Jersey Diesel likes. All in all one of my favorite coral shopping experiences so far, and definitely one of my favorite vendors.
