Nice job!!Tank looks awesome and your getting some great growth. I think the coral you called an acan is actually a favia that's called a war coral by trade name

well its been a month now! lets see how t5 are doing. i see a deeper in color. and my red planet has grown so much. its been getting more and more red every week

tank looks great. I would love to have my tank or a tank in the bedroom im just scared of the running water sound after a night of drinking LoL. also I cant wait for my red planet to color back up. I moved from a biocube 29 to the 75 gallon and it fell under some rocks and I forgot about it for months. when I found it it was almost dead had about 4-5 polyps left on it cut it all back and its growing great now its just lime green yellow and starting to get some red in it.

Incredible tank! Would you mind sharing your maintanence routine? There's such great growth in such a small tank it's phenomenal! I'd definitely like to know. :)

i like to try and not touch my tank as much as possible, if i do theres always something happening. but i change my carbon monthly, clean my skimmer cup. clean my display, put fresh kalk/ato. and make sure everything is plugged in and not corroded. and make sure all my hose lines are open. make sure theres nothing clogged on my float or probes.

note::: i also have not done a waterchange since april!

Why did you switch from the sol nano to T5's? What kind of T5 fixture are you running?

the ai sol nano was not cutting it, no color, growth wasnt there, and lack of spectrum. atm im running a 6bulb icecap fixture *discountinued* it use to be 4bulb + 2 bulb led but i switched the led to 2 more ati bulbs, i just moved and thankfully i did not lose anything. i raised my fixture about 13 inches and acclimating the 2 bulbs 4 hrs a day then to 6/8/10 for a month. ill take some pictures tmrow you guys will be amazed how much everything grew!

update as of 8/3/12!!!!
its been a long time since i took some pictures, alot has happened ( moved houses) thankfully i didnt loose any corals or fishes.
