I introduce myself, my name is Fabio and I write from Italy! I present my nano reef, initiated on 01/01/17, tank is 45x45x45 and the technique is so composed: skimmer bubble magus q3, 2x pumps jebao rw4, radion lamp xr15w pro (set with the coral profile lab lps / soft with whites brought to 65% and overall brightness to 80%), will place several photos and if you can give me on how to improve the tank especially the placement of the corals ... the population is made up of
Lysmata amboinensis 1x,
2x ocellaris, 1x hermit crab,
calaustrea,
favia dragon soul,
Euphyllia glabrescence and parancora,
2 small Montipora
1x goniopora (never open)

very nice setup! I wouldn't change a thing if you like the current placement of corals its great. the fact you made this bare bottom means you can feed the corals directly and spot feed them more than normal, then siphon out all the waste at the bottom of the tank and change the water assertively during this time.

I wouldn't change anything about your setup, but I would be target feeding high quality frozen reef food right into the corals, then water changes on a weekly basis for about 3 months sustained to fatten up the corals. you could then back off the feed and water change work after that time and find a less busy tone for the system.

What kind of frozen food? I was wondering about dosing "sicce h&o Coral" and eventuali calanus..But for the moment i don't have a lot of corals so i don't know if is it better to start or not..

Can you help me with The position of that sps? Hystrix caliendrum and guttagus? It look like they aren't opening very well
