My Rock flower anemone has hemorrhoids

So I just got 3 rock flower anemones 2 had puffed up mouths but the large one has a normal mouth. I looked at a bunch of pictures and have not found any with puffy mouths like this. Does anyone know what's up with this?

Got them Sunday and that's how it looked

Maybe just aggravated due to the change. Has it calmed down?

Looks the same but they were like that when I picked them up from another guy they had been in his tank for awhile.

I would argue for Alk/salinity shock. How did you acclimate them when you added them to your tank?

Long slow drip but it wasn't that because they were like that in the previous tank from where I got them.

Well they haven't gotten any better yet that I can tell. How long can they live like this? I did get them to eat a small piece of silverside.
