lots of BTA's lose the bubble tips in captivity.

The center might color up some if you try to feed it every once in a while. You may also be giving it too much light...

I guess it's too late , most are in bed... :). I should be also , just wondered why they would open the mouth soo big.

What size tank?
How long has it been set up?
How long have you had the anemone?
What lights do you have?
What are your current water parameters --- with numbers please.
Do you use tap or RO/DI water?

Ok a couple things lve learned from anemones, if you can see all the way through them NOT GOOD.

2. BTA- will bubble and then not bubble for no particular reason, my two green rbt one is the offspring of the other, one is constantly bubbled the other never is.

3. Could be pooping

Keep a close eye out on it, if your water starts to get cloudy remove it from the tank, that means its dying and nuking the tank.

Looks like it's expelling waste. If its dying it'll lose its color real fast.
