Sad news for my shallow build.
During the holiday season, Christmas follow by New Year.
Spend my time merry making and totally leave this tank alone.
Come back on 2nd Jan and found
1. Temperature at all time high 32 Deg
2. KH drop to 4
3. SPS, hammer, GSP, RBTA are white

Do a check and find the chiller hose slip out of the feed pump.
Feed back the hose to the feed pump.
Temperature start to lower .

Start to dose KH slowly to bring back to 8

Both PO4 and NO3 is very high as measured last nite

PO4 is 0.6 and NO3 is 40.

Really hard to control PO4 and NO3 without skimmer and no water change

Long time no update of my 2.5 ft due to high PO4 (200) and NO3(40)
Last nite do test again. It drop finally

Today do a PO4 measurement. Its further drop to 70

but NO3 is still high at 50 ppm. So starting dosing vinegar today

Long time no update .

For the month of July 2019 the PO4 is around 0.01 to 0.04.

First time below 0.1 for the whole month

NO3 is 21

This tank has no water change since Jun 2018. No skimmer as well.

Only one 6 inch refugium.
