It’s hard to tell because I don’t see the mouth but I’m not convinced this is a SAE.

Anyways, yes, you can put it in a hospital tank with aquarium salt, a place to hide and lots of aeration.

But if you have Melafix, I would use that instead, in the same setup.

I would give a round of antibiotics. Salt may work. Treating in a QT would be ideal, but depending on what's in the tank you may be able to just treat in there.

Looks like Columnaris.

Going to need effective antibiotics ASAP.

It likely kills via hemodilution due to the skin no longer being watertight so adding salt to the water should help. Actually, relatively high levels of salt (1%?) can actually treat Columnaris though I really prefer antibiotics.

He got stuck in this submarine and got his skin rubbed really bad

I have
Kana plex and neo plex

Kanaplex can work if you have enough. It's under-dosed something like 20X and then often doesn't work. You can simply use more provided you have enough.

Seachem has killed a lot of fish by recommending such a low dosage.

how much would I dose for a 20 gallon aquarium

I just noticed the container is 10 grams does that mean I should add the whole thing

Yep, and order more or switch to something better.

A 10 gal tank has the same amount of water as a 145 lb person so we're talking about adult human-sized doses here.
