Just thought I would share this with everyone. So when I first started up my tank my wife was not to crazy on the idea at first! As time progressed and my tank cycled and life began to slowly appear in my tank she started spending time checking out my tank and even calling me over to show me something new she found. Over time this increased more and more and I told her she was starting to convert and she too was becoming a (tank nerd) as she loves to call me! This lead to random pictures being taken with her phone and sent them to me while I was at work. My next move sealed the deal for her. I started taking her to the stores with me to pick out corals and fish. She HAD to have a black and white Occ Clownfish, so I of course got her one. In fact I would say about 90% of the corals in my tank she picked out. Still in denial she claimed she still was not hooked into this hobby. Now bring on the 10 headed torch coral she picked out at the store. This thing was her pride and joy. She loved this thing. A week after I purchased it a couple of heads started dying off so I fragged them and crossed my fingers. Now the good part. My wife who claims is not in to this hobby has now woke me up in a panic 3 times because the tentacles on the torch frags retracted and she thought it was dying and now just admitted to me she about had a heart attack this morning when the bigger of the 2 frags sucked in its tentacles again. Of course 5 min later it was completely back to normal. I love my not so into the hobby wife!

This sounds a lot like my wife lol.....she isn't quite as hooked as yours but she definitely likes it a lot more now than when I first approached her about setting one up. She has picked out most of my coral (and fish) as well. Of course if it is something I don't want, it is easy to come up with reasons why that particular coral or fish won't be compatible with my reef :-)
