My Simple And Skimmerless Tank !!

Try to revive this thread .. .. So i rescape this tank, change sand and replaced all liverocks, because there were too many pests in them, and replaced them with new liverocks, which were cleaner and pest-free.. All the acropora that were here before, I moved them to a frag tank.. and start all over with new acropora frags .. im so admire Yano Iwagumi Reef tank, and his Boomie concept, so for this time, im trying to replicate his idea .. not as good as his, but here we go ..

I love your tank!

Love the scape, and just the general look of the tank. It shows that you put a lot of time and effort into it. Great stuff man!

it does take time to find the right liverock, so that I can make the desired scapping, but in the end I just put it here and there, and finally it turned out like that

Thank you for sharing your journey. I like the aquascape and how well your corals improved in color over time. Interested in seeing how everything grows in.

Thank you .. I tried to make scapping as simple as possible.. the initial goal was to make the concept of iwagumi, but in the end I just kept rocks here and there, trying not to look high, because my tank is a shallow tank.. so far I'm quite satisfied, and hopefully I can consistently maintain water parameters and corals can grow well ..

This sps color should be gold, but when i move it to this tank, its turn red ..

This is another frag, in my frag tank .. pure gold with a little green in base ..

is it possible that something is wrong with water parameter so the colors can be different?

You have so many varieties to choose from.
Nice tank.

Whats that purple/pink stylo type coral?

last week I did a little rescape, because the green stylo was growing out of control, a little rescape and the results weren't so disappointing... Here's the video ..
