Hello and welcome to R2R. Glad to have you.

you're welcome love GIF

I have been hanging around for ages, reading lots and learning more. Thought I should finally say hello.

Many years ago I very successfully bred seahorses and enjoyed 3 tanks that all ran really well. My approach was undergravel filtration, natural sea water and macro Algae.

I have adopted a simple approach to my current tank. It's only 6 months old and a work in progress.

I have a 90l optiglass tank, heater, AquaKnightV2 light, wave maker and a tiny HOB which I put floss in when I clean and stir up the tank, and also put Carbon in there from time to time. Oh, got an ATO for Christmas!

Apart from that I feed heavy with frozen foods. Add roids when I remember and redsea AB+ here and there. A splash of all for reef to keep minerals up.

I have 5 amazing fish, bunch of inverts and loads of pods/amphs.

Natural seawater, unless it's too rough, then will use a mix. However, my water changes are few and far between.

Always keen to hear other people's simple approaches to this hobby. Love @Subsea and his friends knowledge and approaches.

The tank images are just after lights on so not looking it's best.
