I am very sorry for the site problems tonight. We are going to upgrade our server as this seems to be the issue. Thanks for hanging in here with us. I hate it more than you know.. :(

It will be all good soon though I promise.

I'll be over at RC..... let me know when it's working again.. and can I get credit on my premium membership for the down time?

I was going insane for like 30mins now!!! Got the database error. Couldn't get on at all till just now.

Didnt even notice it went down as i was too busy spending my money with Victor from WWC.....I have this site to thank for all of it!! Keep up the good work!!

Nice job Rev, if you ever are stuck and you have some question, How To's, let me know. I do this stuff for a living and i know the vBulletin script.

no problem. you can never tell what's going to break with some upgrades. I run our club site on VB, and after all the tweaking i have done, I am scared to upgrade from 3.6.8. I'm an infrastructure guy, not a developer... :D

Hey, No need to apologize for trying to make this site better for us, keep up the good work

No need to apologize, we should be thanking you and the mods for givings us this forum. Keep up the good work.

dang Rev,

I do not see any errors this morning. How dare you get rid of these. as a member of R2R I DEMAND you to return the errors to the site :)

They made the forum special

Hey Rev no need to apologize! it's called growing pains and it will be well for it, at least I ways asleep and dreaming about chalices when all this happend last night

Hey Rev,
I see the spammers hitting already. Check your permissions for guests, change them to limited features and make sure registration is set to be confirmed by email. Should get rid of them. I had the same issue when I changed servers. You may want to double check some of your permissions on base files and CHMOD them. When you move them some are changed to 777 for installation purposes.

You could also use Captcha technology. It might get annoying though, but for sure will get rid of the spam bots
