My SPS and a few others...

I want to go so bad!!!!!!!!!!

If you dont mind me asking, what would an average cost for say a week cost ya?

I plan on going to the four seasons since it is free to stay there (wife is a manager) I will dive with a steel cage not a fan of sharks and can't out run or swim them lol. the photos are beautiful.

Rev, it ain't cheap bud. Airfare from LAX (only place AirTahiti Nui flies out of anymore in the states) to PPT (Papeete) is typically around $1200 / pp round trip. Land is not much cheaper but there are deals to be found. Four Seasons and St. Regis are the most expensive places in Bora Bora. Typically around $600 - $700 / night (for Premium bungalows, you can pay upwards of $1200-1500 / night). It all depends on what time of year you go. Whale migration is in October and is incredible. But they jack up the prices accordingly. There are very few (if any) all inclusive places there (anywhere in French Polynesia) so they get you on food and alcohol as well. It's not the place to go on a budget but if you can save up the snaps and swing it, it's like no other place on earth. It's (Bora Bora) been voted the most romantic place on earth by Trip Advisor every single year for 10 years too - so it's quite easy to talk your wife into it as well. When your puddle jumper lands in Bora Bora, you feel like you've landed on another planet. About the only way I know to describe it.

lvsuckerfish, you are lucky to have that good deal! You will LOVE the Four Seasons there. Don't worry, most of the sharks you will see will be Lemon and White / Black-tipped reef sharks. They really aren't interested in you at all which makes it fun. pm me if you go, we can recommend some cool stuff to do if interested.

I actually was more nervous of the Triggers...They were in upwards of 150 lbs with teeth like a horse. We went through goway when we went. Not sure if your wife works fr them or not. We also saw the Giant Morea Eel which was ENORMOUS. Ive been out of the country twice since, and still say "it wasnt French Polynesia" Awesome hook on the Four Seasons. What are you waiting for?!?

Does she work on property or for the Four Seasons....?

Soccer is right, when we got to the bungalo in Moorea, I smiled for the entire two weeks.
