Any ideal how this is happen no fish bites him and I have fake reef

It's probably starving and dying. They start loosing pieces until they are dead. Not trying to be so blunt but that's what happens to some starfish in reefs. Many have a specialized diet that we can't provide (or don't know what they eat).

Really I didn't know that I have the back of my tank slimed up he don't eat that

+1.

I'm no expert on those but this is from Liveaquaria,

The Red Knob Sea Star requires a large aquarium with ample supplies of live rock. A small specimen will eat algae. As it grows older, however, it is not reef compatible, as it will eat soft corals, sponges, tubeworms, clams, starfish, and other invertebrates.

and Wikipedia,
as it will eat soft corals, sponges, tube worms, clams, other starfish, and alike.

See if you can find someone who can handle him or ask if your LFS will take him!

Ya take him to your LFS. There's still hope in him living if he can get somewhere with ample amounts of food.
