My tang wont sit still

im trying to inspect my kole tang for ich and this guy just wont stop swimming around, I just spent the last half hour sitting there trying to get a good look, he's too fast for my camera too, anyone got any ideas?

I can't see any spots, but he has been sitting in different caves swaying back and forth, and I dont know if that's scratching so I figured I would try to be safe and check him, but he won stop moving when he's foraging

You will be able to see it on its fins and body even if it is swimming.
