My Tank and I Aren't Getting Along

Today is my 90 gallons 1 year birthday. I thought im doing everything right? working to an SPS dominated system but they just dont make it.

PO4= unddetectable
dose by appex: 14ml bulk 2 part
alk: 9.5dkh

There is no reason why sps wouldnt live in that system with those parameters.

What kind of flow in the tank?

Id send iff a sample to triton to see if anything is way off like copper or something
