My tank build/house remodel thread!

So I've finally gotten to finish up my kitchen. I've been stuck at home with the flu for the second time in 30 days, so I decided lying in bed wasn't the best idea. I haven't done a thing fish related in the past year but my build will start before the end of 2018!

Thanks, herringbone on a 45 is such a pain. Did this laundry room for a client last week. 4" x 24" black slate.

The two large round circles are for heat lamps, I don't think in going to use them!

Thanks! Yea, my wife decided she wants the same tile from the kitchen in the fish room but set with a random pattern to resemble hardwood. Probably going to shiplap the walls.

Thanks! Yea, my wife decided she wants the same tile from the kitchen in the fish room but set with a random pattern to resemble hardwood. Probably going to shiplap the walls.

There's more to 'ship lap' than meets the eye. We just completed a Master Suite remodel. BTW- See the utility looking room toward the right? That's the FISH room. You can even see the box of Reef Crystals. Priorities.
