My Tank Cracked!

I would check your stand, stand/base to ensure it's very level. Diagonally both ways.

Also make sure the center support is not causing the base to sag in the middle.

Glass panes cannot handle shearing forces which can be caused by one corner being higher than others, etc.

Just to ensure your replacement tank doesn't crack the same way caused by the same reason.
 
Update on the tank saga
Started to reintroduce corals into the tank and swapped out the lights image.jpg
