API reads ar .25 quite a lot and it’s 0. You could have added fish on day one using Fritz. I’d do a water change and go pick out 1 or 2 fish, add and enjoy your new tank.
No need to add more bac, if you have some left from the original bottle, you can add some, if you feel the need. I’d not buy any to add if that is the route you want.
