Are you getting some level of nitrates in your tests? 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites? If yes, it's time for a clean up crew.

Thanx for that was worried about nitrates I got PH 8.2/8.4 0 amniona 0 nitrites
440 calcium and my nitrates are between 10 / 20 ppm is this ok

And I do have a hermit crab called rocky who's been there since the beginning due not knowing what to do with him was worried this morning about him but hes moved into bigger shell so think hes doing well

Yep, sounds like you're ready to start stocking. Remember - slowly. Your nitrates aren't a problem. Do regular water changes and you'll be alright.
