@Mandee here some shots of the sump, see the PVC valves? i have 3, 1 for return and 2 for extra add ons. that clear tubing is an add on to my UV off to the left.
A little sloppy but you get the idea.
last pic you can see the ATO sensor and the reservoir tank with RO water and the pump.

Not with you always coming over cause you lock your account 100 times a day, lol, and stopping to talk about fish...

Looks great, your Haddoni however makes me nervous. Those are beautiful fish. That sleeper goby boy I hope he is a smart fish because that is a huge carpet.

Have you had to clean the sensor to the ATO often?

I watch through foscam while at work and they are always there and curious... from what people tell me here, what they think i should be worried about is my angels ripping the carpet apart... I'm pretty sure i have seen the tangs nip at the carpet and no negative results.
I am pretty sure its because the carpet is huge and the food falls on it...
Anyway, Life is tough on the reef, lol.
as far as the ATO i have never cleaned the sensor, but it has only been up for about 4 months...
I did have to replace the motor as it was going crazy and just twitching all the time and not working. When I read the reviews it was a common complaint, replaced the motor and its been perfect.

Hmm I am going on my second motor now. Both worked flawlessly for 2 or 3 months. I cleaned the senor yesterday and I was shocked at the amount of calcium built up affecting the performance. My JBJ ATO was topping off without stopping.

Anything, and I mean Hermits, Urchins, Damsels, Snails touch my Haddoni and it's a meal.

i thought that would be the case but i have 2 conch that do not stay away from the thing and its cool with it, it also has a small bubble tip right next to it, touching at that, and no issues...
My thoughts are the carpet is still getting used to the tank.... who knows...
I do know the carpet likes the spot i cleared for him. I put plenty of sand there, and its dug in. I can see the foot from bottom of tank attached to glass and it pulled all the sand in, made a mound around itself about 5 inches deep. Looks cool sticking out of the sand like a mushroom stem.
