My toddler gave the fish a gumdrop

My soon to be 3 year old put a gumdrop in the fish tank for our guppies, shrimp, golden loach and snails.. it must've been last night because it broke apart when I scooped it up.. my filter system got broken by a new bunch of snails so they only have the air pump at the moment... will they be ok?
