My tracophilia coral is disolving!

I have no clue what to do it started to degrade rapidly today but there where signs before.

How long has the tank been up and running? What lights are you running and whats the salinity? Temp? What parameters do you have?

my tank has been running for about a year, this was one of my first coral I got about a month later my salinity is 1.026 my temp is 77, and I cant tell my parameters but my other corals are open except a couple pulsing Xenia and my hammers.

when was the last time you did a water change?
how do you check your salinity? what is fine?

also what is the thing next to the trachy? it kind of looks like a toppled over coral and that could be stinging the trachy.

Too much debating. Do a water change at your soonest , take a water sample to a local pet store and get a water test to verify your nitrate/nitite and salinity.
What brand salt are you using as well as what type of lights and water flow

its bene a month or so since a water change, it was a hammer next to it, I use a refractometer, and I just get the saltwater from my lfs rodi system. I have spare water rn so ill just do a water change, my lfs are all closed so I cant test my water but I will bring it in first thing tomorrow.

Thanks for pic. Your light is way bright according to pic. If you can, Add blues and reduce white(s) and vacuum sand bedding. Do you have clean up crew? ( snails and a few small hermits)

Yes I have some hermits of varying variety and loads of snails and a conch i dont know how I would reduce lighting though ill put it farther back in some shade for now.

No need to pull back,,,, simply reduce brightness on the tank by turning whites down a little. Does your lights have blue LEDS ?

I beleive so ill get out the manual and try to calibrate but im not very good at this kinda thing, are you sure its the lights ive had it in that spot for a long time and it just started doing bad, all the same ill try to reduce it but what light consistency should I go for?
