My tricolour acro dying or not enough light ?

My tricolour acro looking really bad but it's only under a non hd prime and I thought they like high light ?
All Params are stable and good.

Any advice please is based out and growing but looking very white now.
Is it not enough light ?
Please help

They do light high light, but that one is not happy. This is not likely a light thing unless you are blasting it will too much white diodes.

How long have you had it? Was it fine when you got it?

People are going to ask you for actual parameters, so get ready. Also need to know if you are dosing organic carbon using GFO or LC to artificially drive N and P down.

Mine does best at 230 par at the base of the coral and the middle part of the tank. Also took maybe 2 or 3 months to acclimate to its environment.

I must admit I didnt raise it up in steps because my primes were low setting a few months ago when I glued the acro to its final spot.

My Params are :
Alk 8.5
Mag 1400
Cal 440
Nitrate 5ppm
Phos 0.01

I have a SSC basing out well also a Miyagi tort.
I use siporax for nutrient control as well as nopox.
Haven't run a gfo reactor for a long time as haven't had any phos to speak of. I think the siporax is taking care of it.

This is it when I got it.

It is about 18 inches from the bottom of the light.
The tank is 17 inches deep and the lights are 10 inches from water surface.

The coral is far right top corner

I would wait it out. My tri-colored browned out before it colored up. I find it to be hardy as well, so it should rebound.

You can also check to see what it looks like at night. You might need to get more flow going also. Flow is a big factor.

It's not brown at all more pasty white.

My tank is 3ft I have an mp10 one end and an jeboa rw8 both on full power as well as my return being an m1 vectra I thought I had more than enough flow ?

The coral has lost one of its tips tonight to you can see in the first photo.
The polyps are barely out ever. Very confusing.

I don't feel that an MP10 and RW8 are enough power for a 3 foot tank and sps. If I were you I would try lowering it in the tank a bit as well.

I could scalpel it off the rock and glue it lower I suppose just don't know if it is to much light but the white colour surely means it is although it's miles away from the light like 18 inches !

If the rest of them look fine, then don't chase any parameter, light or anything for one acro - you can do more damage than good. Even the best have an acro or two that is mad at them. My apologies if they all are suffering and I misunderstood.
