My ugly tank is still running

Tank is on year 7 now. There are 3 false perc. The pair are always laying eggs. They seldom leave the multi color (tan) gigantea.

Yeah it’s always been a keep it simple stupid tank. I used to have a skimmer but it didn’t do anything. I just feed and top up. Water change once a quarter when the salinity is out of whack.

There is a mountain of macro algae and red flat worms in there. It’s pretty ugly compared to my previous scapes.

Not ugly at all. I just got a new 50G tank to replace my 20G....but now thinking about converting the 20G to an anemone+clownfish+anemone shrimp tank. Im finding the skimmer isn't really doing anything so also thinking of removing it. Cool to see your anemone's are doing just fine without a skimmer

Maintains itself. Dose with 2 part from brs. Amino acid dosing. Filter floss and occasionally carbon.
