Couldn't help but post a thread, got this for my own personal tank today. It's been on my list for quite a while. Can't wait! It's just under a 1" frag.

What kind of lights do you use? I have mine under white or really blue and it just looks green with a tinge of yellow/orange. Maybe it's too small of a frag at 1/2"? Either way yours looks great, thanks for sharing.

SB reef light LED. This picture was under about 18k roughly. And yea a small frag of this won't be as colorful as a colony.

Also don't forget a camera with macro lens will capture color and detail hard to see with the naked eye.

Took a pic top down in 20k light with my phone zoomed in. I can see that it's not entirely green, thanks for the tip!

Love the Walt Disney. Just got a frag for my tank at a great price! I saw a nasty debate on a previous thread here about this coral. What some people were saying was just insane. This coral, as my friend who I got it from said to me, looks amazing under blue lighting, but don't expect it to be a stunner under regular white light during the day. Either way it is a beauty of a coral, and unlike other people who said they would throw it out if it didn't color up the way they want it to, to me, a coral is still a life. Whether it colors up to the point of getting friends to go OMG WOW, or it just colors up in it's own way, it stays in my tank and lives it's life. Might seem Kumbaya to some of you, but that's just how I see living things. Be it my horse, my dogs, my cat, my fish or my coral, I'll always look after them to the best of my abilities. I wouldn't get a puppy and then get rid of it because it didn't measure up to the mother. (And yes, I know it's different as I would never cut off a small portion of my dog to then grow out another one, but you get my point, lol) Anyway, to the OP, gorgeous frag! Enjoy :)

That's perfect! :) I think what he meant is that the blues bring out certain colors more and that's how people juice up the pics. Mine is only half inch, double head, so I don't know how it will look as it grows. Happy either way but the mother colony is beautiful :)

This is my 1" frag under leds, I have the blues up high to make the colors pop. Wish I had a macro lens this was with my phone lol. Just got it Tuesday looks just like the ops in person
