I've got brown wafer algae COVERING one rock, stupid 225 skimmer.... making everything clean.. AND my softies don't look to good, on the other hand my chalices as well as SPS look great. anyways how do i remove brown wafer?

Aside from removing the rock and scrubbing it and then bleaching it? Sally Lightfoot Crabs are known to eat it, but their known to eat fish too. Some Tangs will eat it also. Or it just may go away on its own.
As for your tank being to clean for softies. Yup that'll happen with a good skimmer. Could try running it every other day or so.

Not being sarcastic here, just wondering how does extra food kill brown wafer? Doesnt that ruin water quality?

He is saying this so you can add nutrients to your water since its to clean
