My ZOA is spitting something out its mouth

I came home today to find my armor of the gods zoa's spitting something out there mouths... Here is a picture. Everything is doing great in my tank otherwise and even they are doing good.

if youve fed them recently or have had a phyto increase theyre probably just excreting waste

Yeah I feed my corals once a day... I figured it was probably just waste but I wanted to make sure...

i feed mine daily or every other also... i asked the same question when i had first gotten my rose bta, it shriveled and had stuff coming out of it and i got real worried since it was the first bta i had owned
