my zoas are doing bad

well it has been 10 months with the tank.i think my cyano is under control.now my zoas are closing up. my parameters are : 3 ppm nitrate .01 ppm phosphate .i have been using nopox.since my chaeto died .the nopox is being dose at 3ml per day.i would like some feed back why my zoas are closing.thanks paul

i just got the Hanna checker it read .10 ppm phosphate .instead of my red sea kit @ .01 ppm . is this too high.
