If you take a look at the image, the middle zoas with the skirt were the originals, and all the ones around it without the green skirt are new growth. Any indication to why this is happening? Too much light? Not enough? Need to dose Iodine?

I’ve had this happen before if you’re getting good growth and stuff I wouldn’t go changing anything I would wait and see if they color up, sometimes it can take a while... I usually dose amino acids and feed my zoanthids and I find that this phenomenon happens less and they color up quicker but before you do anything just give it some time, it looks like some of them are developing the yellow in their skirts !

I would agree, curious how quickly they are growing? I know my utter chaos took a while to color up once the attained full size. This might be similar because they look healthy and full, I would say it will just take time.
