MyAi app is total trash

I bought a nero 5 thinking I would be able to connect to it easily since I had no problem with hydra. MyAI just won't find the nero. I searched and search and tried all the solutions. I attempted to create a new tank and scan for the nero5. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I turned off and back on all permissions. I've done all this numerous times while restarting the phone in-between. Factory reset the nero. EVERYTHING. Finally I said screw it and decided to download the app on my work phone which is an iPhone. I created a new account with my work email and the app told me to stand by for a verification email. It's been 24hrs without the email.ive check in every single folder. Primarily, spam, trash, all mail. Hell, I even opened sent and drafts, lol out of frustration. I should have went with the mp10.

I believe have to chabge the wifi to the wifi of the device. Hope this helps. At least have to do this on the lights.
