MyAI problems.

I Buy 2 x Prime 16 hd I download costume settings from Waterbox load it to My AI np work perfect aftere that I Download David setings from AI website and I can't open the file to load to MY AI try on phone Note 9 , Ipad no success any help will be great non off the signature settings from AI can't be open to me app .

I was not able to download the settings from their website either. I gave up and just made my own

I had the problem as well, found out that if you get an icon for the download on your browser, tap it and open with MyAi. I dont remember if it will go directly to the preset but if it doesn't you should be able to open it in the app now like you would normally. Hope this helps.
