I’ve been unable to connect for a couple of days now. I’ve tried unplugging and plugging back in along with reinstalling the app and trying to connect via a browser. No luck.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I was getting this error this morning but it’s working now.

Now I’m trying to find where the hell to download latest firmware for this dang thing. Such a frustrating device.

Working for me right now but I do get that error sometimes and always send it to GHL

Check the firmware version of your primary device and update it. If it's too old, you may encounter this message.

It's in the same place it's been for many years. The manuals and Knowledge Base also tell you where to find it. :)
Go to the KB, type in what you want to update, choose the article and it will show you what to do.

I’ve downloaded the new GHL control center and updated my firmware. I’ve set up my WiFi connection again and I was able to connect via the browser and app. I now get this constant attempt to establish a connection. Power cycling doesn’t seem to help.

Any advice?

The issue seems to be that within GHL control center the myGHL connection reverts back to disabled and my WiFi inputs do not save permanently. The connection seems to work for a wile then resets. Any advice?

Hi,
Check it's not set to "slave mode" on general window.
