Mysterious small yellow ball in reef tank???

Hi all,

Can anyone identify what this small yellow ball is which I found yesterday on the sandbed.

I have a purple fire fish, Yellow Watchman Goby and a pistol scrimp in my tank but I assume this ball is not related to one of them.

To perfectly round to be anything tank related IMO.

Maybe something got dropped in there? Could be sponge, but again I think it's too perfectly round to come from nature.

No kids no. I recently added the Green Killer Machine UV Sterilisator, Maybe it could be an internal part which came lose but it looks like it is a soft material. No plastic.

I recently found a few of what I think are the same thing in my tank. Mine are more transparent however. Did you ever determine what they are?

Hi. No one replied with any more positive ideas ? I’m brand new here, first post. I came across the same thing in my sump. My LFS aquarium maintenance manager identified it as possibly a sea squirt.

Hi. I am new here, this is my first post. Nobody was able to identify this ?? I have one in my sump and my LFS aquarium maintenance manager said it looks like a sea squirt. I sent him the following picture:
