Mystery Anemone?

Hello!

I manage an LFS and for the longest time (years) we’ve had these little what I am assuming are anemones pop up all over some seasoned live rock. They never get larger than a dime and they are sticky when touched. They glow under actinic lighting. We are pretty stumped here. Attached is a pic, don’t mind the cyano.

Looks like a maxi-mini morph to me, they can vary in size but they do start off small in size and can stay that way depending on the conditions. I’ve had a few that were about the size of a quarter(USD) that never got any bigger than that.
